According to Giuli Alasania, the mother of the third president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, American medical experts believe that Saakashvili needs urgent surgery on his left hand.

As Giuli Alasania explains, if Mikheil Saakashvili needs this operation, she will not agree to have it done at the Vivamed clinic.
