The Empathy Center publishes a prepared report on the state of health of the third president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili.

In particular, as noted in Empathy, timely diagnosis of toxic agents is necessary, including in the direction of chemical compounds and radioactive substances. Otherwise, according to the organization, taking into account the likelihood of intoxication, coma and death are expected.

“Mikhail Saakashvili must be immediately released from detention and urgently transferred to a US or EU third-class multidisciplinary university clinic for diagnosis and treatment.

At the same time, it should be noted that the diagnosed post-traumatic stress disorder – PTSD – F 43.1., which is associated with the mistreatment suffered in the penitentiary system of Georgia, the fear of losing life, significantly aggravates the neuropsychic and general condition, which makes it impossible to achieve stabilization of the condition.

Any additional stress factor, including even just imprisonment, causes a deterioration in the specified state of health.

With such a mental and neurological status and condition, the imprisonment of Mikheil Saakashvili is unacceptable and incompatible with international standards of imprisonment. The state of his mental health, together with neurological, mental or other disorders of the musculoskeletal system or digestive system, is in itself incompatible with imprisonment,” the information distributed by Empathy says.
