The Special Investigation Service launched an investigation into the possible violation of the privacy of lawyer Shalva Khachapuridze’s private communications.
As explained in the department, the Special Investigation Service will carry out all the necessary investigative and procedural actions to ensure an objective investigation.
“On November 30, 2022, the Special Investigation Service, based on information disseminated by the media, launched an investigation into a possible violation of the privacy of lawyer Shalva Khachapuridze’s private communication, on the grounds of a crime under Article 158, part 1 of the Criminal Code of Georgia. The Special Investigation Service will carry out all the necessary investigative and procedural actions to ensure an objective investigation, ”the information says.
For reference, the defender of the rights of the third president of Georgia, Shalva Khachapuridze, said that he had found security cameras in his house and in his car.
