The Constitutional Court of Georgia recognized the dismissal of the head of the State Inspector Service as a violation.

Londa Toloraya filed a lawsuit back in February. She contested the abolition of the department at the end of last year and the early termination of her powers.

The court called unconstitutional the dismissal of Toloray and her deputies without offering them an adequate and equivalent position or compensation, given that they were elected until 2025.
