Russian forces attack Vinnytsia Oblast, critical infrastructure facility struck

Serhii Borzov, Head of the Vinnytsia Oblast Military Administration, has reported that Russian forces attacked Vinnytsia Oblast overnight, striking a critical infrastructure facility.

Quote: “11 November started with a sound of the air-raid siren. Once again, one of the critical infrastructure facilities in Vinnytsia Oblast has been hit.”

Details: Borzov has reported that there are no casualties. Rescue services are at the scene.
