We are negotiating direct flights between London and Tbilisi

Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Mariam Kvrivishvili discussed the possibility of resuming direct flights from London during a meeting with easyjet.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Economy, it was noted at the meeting that the restoration of direct flights will help increase the flow of tourists to the country.

“We had a number of important meetings during the exhibition, but I would single out easyjet, with which we are currently negotiating a direct flight between London and Tbilisi. Of course, the UK is a very important tourist market for us, and the presence of direct flights will especially contribute to the growth of tourist flows,” said the Deputy Minister.

Within the framework of the London International Tourism Exhibition, the Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia holds bilateral meetings.
