Tbilisi City Hall informs that from 00:00 on December 1 until the end of the week, traffic along Melikishvili Avenue will be completely limited.

As the agency explains, the reason for the restriction is the laying of the last layer of asphalt, as part of the rehabilitation work.

“Traffic will be allowed according to the scheme that was in effect before the start of the rehabilitation of the avenue – traffic along Varaziskhevi will be two-way, cars following from Chavchavadze Avenue will be able to move down Varaziskhevi. This will be temporary, as the road works will be fully completed by the end of the week,” the mayor of Tbilisi said.
