Back in 2005, the Georgian parliament assessed the Holodomor as a genocide of the Ukrainian people. The Embassy of Georgia in Ukraine expresses its condolences to the Ukrainian people in connection with the Day of Remembrance of the victims of the Holodomor. “This was genocide – one of the heaviest crimes committed against humanity.
