We are responding to the significant deterioration in the health of the third president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, and believe that the issue of his further treatment should be decided only on the basis of standards for the protection of human life and health, and not political expediency, a joint statement by several non-governmental organizations, published on the page of the Open Foundation Society”.
As noted in the statement, the organizations that signed it call on the authorities to be guided by the further treatment of Mikhail Saakashvili, including his transfer abroad, to the information and recommendations indicated in the expert opinions.
