The EU Delegation to Georgia comments on the bill on “deoligarchization”.
As stated in the EU Delegation, before the adoption of the law on “deoligarchization” it is necessary to request and implement the conclusion of the Venice Commission
“The bill on “deoligarchization” passed the second reading. We reiterate our strong opinion that before the adoption of this law, it is necessary to request and implement the opinion of the Venice Commission,” the EU representative said in a comment.
