Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili’s working visit to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has begun, the presidential administration reported.

Today Zurabishvili is giving a lecture at the Oxford Union, a debating community that traditionally hosts prominent figures in world politics and academia.

The President of Georgia will speak as part of the annual series of lectures in memory of Benazir Bhutto, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, who was killed in a terrorist attack in 2007. .

Salome Zurabishvili will also take part in the London International Conference Globalize UK 2022.

At the end of the visit, on November 19 in Cardiff, the president will cheer for the Georgian national rugby team in the final match of the year against the Wales team.
