Over 80,000 Russian soldiers killed in Ukraine

According to the General Staff, more than 80,200 Russian soldiers have been killed in the war in Ukraine.

Details: Russia’s total combat losses from 24.02 to 12.11 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:

  • approximately 80,210 (+810) military personnel;
  • 2,838 (+24) tanks;
  • 5,730 (+34) armoured fighting vehicles;
  • 1,829 (+12) artillery systems;
  • 393 (+0) multiple-launch rocket systems; 
  • 205 (+0) air defence systems; 
  • 278 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft;
  • 261 (+0) helicopters;
  • 1,506 (+1) operational-tactical level UAVs; 
  • 399 (+0) cruise missiles; 
  • 16 (+0) ships and boats;
  • 4,279 (+20) vehicles and tankers; 
  • 160 (+1) other vehicles and equipment.
