“The law enforcement agencies of Germany are ready to continue to provide any assistance to the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia, the police and other competent authorities,” Nino Goldbeck, Senior Prosecutor of the Bamberg Prosecutor General’s Office, said at a briefing at the Prosecutor General’s Office of Georgia.

According to him, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Bamberg and Dresden, together with the German police authorities, are conducting various investigative measures against organized crime in the field of cybercrime, as well as in connection with international criminal networks and fraudulent platforms.

“In this regard, close international cooperation is inevitable. It is clear that within the framework of these investigative actions, both in Georgia and in other countries, the investigation has not yet been completed. It was repeatedly noted that evidence was found and seized, information and investigative actions were carried out in all directions. It will take many more months. We, as German law enforcement agencies, the police, are ready to provide any assistance to the prosecutor’s office, the police and other competent bodies of Georgia in the future. Once again, thank you very much for this very fruitful cooperation,” said Nino Goldbeck.

Recall that the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia, with the involvement of representatives of seven countries, revealed transnational crime associated with call centers in the territory of three countries.
