Quote: “Coercive measures will be put in place as of 6 November in order to evacuate residents of the Kakhovka district of Kherson Oblast in light of the significant threat of military attacks in the area.”

Details: The Russian occupation authorities are expecting to evacuate all residents of the area within 15 kilometres from the Dnipro River over the course of three days.

Volodymyr Saldo, the Russian-appointed puppet governor of Kherson Oblast, has said that up to 70,000 people will be “evacuated” from the area; he said that the evacuation has already begun.

Previously: Russian occupiers are intimidating the residents of Kherson Oblast with their claims that Ukraine is preparing an attack on the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant. The Ukrainian government has denied these allegations and has said that Russian forces have planted mines at the dam and can at any moment flood the region and provoke a large-scale ecological disaster.
