The enemy shells Sumy oblast a dozen times: a woman was injured, a forest caught fire, a school was destroyed

The Russian occupying forces shelled six communities of Sumy region with various types of weapons during the day, and a 68-year-old woman received shrapnel wounds in the Seredyno-Budskyi hromada (an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.) as a result of a mortar attack, and now she is in hospital.

Details: The Russian Federation launched eleven mines in the Seredyno-Budskiiy hromada. It is noted that in the village of Novovolodymyrivka, two private houses and a power line were damaged. 



In particular, the Russian occupying forces fired mortars at a village in the Esman hromada.

Russian forces shelled the territory of the Yunakivska hromada twice: once with artillery, the second time with mortars. A power line was damaged.

In the Shalygyn hromada, there were two mortar attacks and one Grad multiple rocket launcher attack. A forest caught fire. In addition, a school, a kindergarten, the village council, a water tower, and a monument were damaged as a result of one of the attacks in the village of Khodyne. There was damage to  village streets and vegetable gardens. Two residential buildings and a power line were damaged in another village of the hromada.

The Russians fired fifteen mines at the village of Atynske in the Bilopilska hromada.

There were eleven “incomings” with artillery in the village of Malushyno in the Putyvl hromada.

In total, there were seven mortar attacks (seventy two “incomings”), two artillery attacks (thirty one “incomings”) and one from Grad multiple rocket launcher (forty “incomings”) during the day. A total of 143 “incomings” in these hromadas.
