Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and Estonia talked about ”tribunal for Putin” and strengthening of Ukrainian air defence

Dmytro Kuleba, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Urmas Reinsalu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia, had a telephone call on Sunday [23 October], where they discussed the issue of the Ukrainian side’s defence capabilities as well as punishing war crimes.

Details: According to reports, the leaders of the European Union at the summit on Friday asked the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and the European Commission to investigate the options that would allow those guilty of the crime of aggression against Ukraine to be brought to justice.

Ukraine is pushing for the creation of a Special International Tribunal that could punish those guilty of the crime of aggression.
