According to the department, the meeting, organized by the US Department of Defense, was held at NATO headquarters in Brussels.
“The meeting discusses the environment that has arisen as a result of Russia’s aggression in Ukraine and the needs of the country, as well as the security challenges faced by US allies and partners. The meeting is attended by defense ministers and high-ranking military personnel from more than 50 like-minded countries.
As part of his visit to Brussels, the head of the Defense Ministry has already met with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. Later, Juansher Burchuladze will also meet with the Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, Admiral Rob Bauer, and discuss issues of deepening practical cooperation between NATO and Georgia,” the information says.
