It is appalling and stupefying that in the city, especially in places that should promote the entertainment and all-round development of children, their lives and safety are not protected. Impossible when children become victims of such tragedies. It is necessary to conduct a timely and effective investigation of this fact and establish the responsibility of all those who contributed to this terrible tragedy.

On October 13, three children were electrocuted in Vake Park. They tried to get the ball out of the fountain, which the city hall opened on October 12. One child did not survive.
