Georgian Prosecutor General met with his Azerbaijani counterpart Kamran Aliyev

The Prosecutor General of Georgia Irakli Shotadze met with the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan and Kamran Aliyev.

At the meeting, the parties spoke about the achievements and problems in the field of criminal justice in Georgia and Azerbaijan in recent years, further strengthening the joint effective fight against crime.

The Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan is on a visit to Georgia within the framework of the 27th annual conference and general meeting of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP), which is being held in Tbilisi on September 25-29.

The international conference of prosecutors will be attended by 300 prosecutors from 60 countries, representatives of the UN, the European Union, the Council of Europe, the US Department of Justice (DOJ).
