Igor Klymenko, 17, who has developed a drone that detects landmines, has been named the winner of the Global Student Prize 2022

Ukraine’s Ihor Klymenko became the world’s best student this year, according to the prestigious Chegg.org 2022 Global Student Prize.

This is stated in the press release of the contest organizers, according to Ukrinform,

Ihor Klymenko, a student from Ukraine, who is passionate about raising awareness and solving the global problem of landmines, has developed a Quadcopter Mines Detector. Ihor was announced as the winner of the Chegg.org 2022 Global Student Prize 2022, the organizers said.
