Vano Chkhartishvili intends to sue for being included in the “sanctions list”

Businessman Vano Chkhartishvili, against whom sanctions are being demanded in Ukraine, said that a smear campaign is being waged against him. The businessman called Elena Khoshtaria with her party “Droa” and “United National Movement” her instigators.
Chkhartishvili’s letter was published by Rustavi 2 TV channel. It says that the data given on the Ukrainian website is “fake by Georgians” – certain politicians and their media.
Chkhartishvili stressed that the allegations of his links with Russian companies are not true, and his enterprises are transparent and open.
According to him, baseless accusations can harm his reputation in the business community. In this regard, Chkhartishvili hired a company that will study the damage. After that, he intends to go to court in the jurisdiction of the UK. He suggested that the court could order the defendants to pay substantial compensation.
