Russians carried out a massive attack on the hromada (administration) of Novhorod-Siversk of Chernihiv Oblast, damaging residential and commercial buildings.

Quote: “Today, on 3 September, the Russian army attacked the village of Mykhalchyna Sloboda of the Novhorod-Siversk hromada with artillery, resulting in over 50 explosions.

There are no casualties among the civilian population, however, residential and commercial buildings have been damaged.”
