
Forest fire broke out in eastern Georgia, in Kvareli

The fire broke out in a forest near the village of Shildi in the Kvareli municipality of Kakheti, in eastern Georgia.
Local residents believe that there are three centers of fire, and it spreads over the complex topography of the mountain.
Public television reports that the fire and rescue service has already left for the place. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
The Environmental Protection Agency has extended the warning about the increased threat of forest fires in Georgia until September 3. In most regions of the country, it has not rained for a long time at a temperature of 35-38 degrees.
