Kakha Imnadze has been appointed Ambassador of Georgia to Canada. Kakha Imnadze writes about this on Twitter.

“I am leaving New York, I am proud that I have contributed to the relations between Georgia and the UN. I wish success to my successor David Bakradze.

I look forward to my future activities in Ottawa, which will be a continuation of the work started by my dear friend Ambassador Kavtaradze in the name of friendship and cooperation between Georgia and Canada,” Kakha Imnadze wrote.

Kakha Imnadze served as Georgia’s ambassador to the UN. Today it became known that Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili signed the appointment of David Bakradze as Georgian Ambassador to the UN.
