According to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, there are only two countries in the European Union that have refused to provide armed assistance to Ukraine. These countries are: Hungary and Austria.

“With the exception of Hungary and Austria, as a neutral country, now for a single European country the supply of weapons to Ukraine is not taboo, although it was,” Kuleba said.

He also noted that the question is not that the EU countries are against it, but the question is that when they are “for”, when moving to a practical plane, “a lot of different things, arguments and discussions appear”.

The European Union is discussing the creation of a mission for the training of Ukrainian military personnel on the territory of countries neighboring Ukraine. This was announced on August 22 by the High Representative of the European Union and Vice President of the European Commission Josep Borrell. His statement was published by the European bureau of Radio Liberty.
