One of the largest US warships entered Lithuania. Information about this is being disseminated by the country’s naval forces.
On August 20, the American landing ship USS Kearsarge entered the port of Klaipeda.
According to a statement from the US Embassy in Lithuania, the American ship arrived in Lithuania to express solidarity and unity with NATO allies.
USS Kearsarge is 257.3 meters long and 60.1 meters wide. The crew of the ship has more than 2000 people.
