In connection with the tragedy that happened in Tbilisi, by the decision of Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, all events planned within the framework of the Wine Days in Georgia festival were postponed.

“We share the grief of the family members, relatives and friends of the deceased teenager,” the festival organizers said in a statement.

While playing in Waky Park, children reportedly dropped a ball into the fountain, while retrieving it, three minors received electric shocks. Two of them were transferred to the clinic. Khechinashvili and one to the Iashvili clinic. The 13-year-old girl died in the hospital.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs launched an investigation under Part 1 of Article 240 Prima of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies a violation of safety rules at the facility, which resulted in a less serious or serious injury to health.
