The third president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, will be visited today by an American lawyer, and tomorrow by an American neurologist.
As Shalva Khachapuridze, lawyer for the third president of Georgia, explained in an interview with Interpressnews, when the experts finish their expert research, the conclusion will be handed over to the head of the Empathy Center, Mariam Jishkariani.
After receiving this conclusion, the lawyers will apply to the court for a stay of the sentence.
“The court must decide whether the sentence will be postponed for Mikheil Saakashvili, if so, it is a matter of one hour, he will board the plane and take care of his health,” Khachapuridze said.
