The release of Mikheil Saakashvili from captivity is possible in the only case: if we wrest this state from the hands of the Russian oligarch, i.e. Russia. We must be brave, we must not reconcile ourselves to the givens, we must save the state from the oligarch – this is the salvation of Mikheil Saakashvili, – Nika Melia, chairman of the National Movement, wrote about this on Facebook.

As Nika Melia explains, Mikheil Saakashvili is being punished for being the first to dare to resist Putin’s horde.

“A year has passed since Mikheil Saakashvili was captured by a Russian oligarch. Why and why did the Russian dream catch Mikheil Saakashvili? Even a child knows that he was not detained for crossing the border. And not for the purchase of jackets and a wreath laid on Kaczynski’s grave, not for using the president’s discretionary right to pardon, not for mistakes or misconduct during his tenure in power, he is locked up in prison. He was detained for the courage to create a state independent of Russia and the courage to return to defend the conquest of the Georgian people, this state, which Ivanishvili and his criminal gang have been zealously destroying for ten years.

The Russian dream brought him to justice precisely because he, Mikheil Saakashvili, by creating a modern Georgian state, created a threat to the imperialist dream of Russians and Russia’s interests. He is being punished for being the first to dare to resist Putin’s horde. For this he is punished by people without a homeland! It is now clear to the whole world that Mikheil Saakashvili is Putin’s personal prisoner.
