General Director of “Ukrposhta” Igor Smelyansky signed an “order” that the territory of the Russian Kremlin belongs to the company. He wrote about this on September 30 in Telegram.

“Well, if today is the day of cool orders, then I also signed mine,” he said, reacting to the news that Russian President Vladimir Putin signed decrees recognizing the “state sovereignty and independence” of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions of Ukraine.

The “order” states that “in accordance with the universally recognized principles and norms of international law,” the general director of Ukrposhta confirms “the principle of equal rights and self-determination of the until now unknown people of the Kremlin, enshrined in the UN charter.”

In addition, he ordered to recognize the independence of Vladimir Putin “from common sense”, and the territory of the Moscow Kremlin – the territory of “Ukrposhta”, opening a branch there for the provision of “postal and psychological” services with an index of 10300.

According to Smelyansky, the “order” is valid from the moment it is signed.

From September 23 to September 27, pseudo-referendums were held on the territories temporarily occupied by Russia of Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions on the accession of these regions to Russia.

On the evening of September 27, collaborators in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, as well as LDNR militants in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, announced the “results” of the pseudo-referenda. Mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov said that only 0.5% of the inhabitants of the occupied territories of the Zaporozhye region participated in the “referenda”.

The speaker of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov, said that on September 30, the Kremlin plans to sign documents on the illegal annexation of the occupied territories of Ukraine after the pseudo-referendums held there.

In this regard, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky convened urgent meetings of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander and the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine on September 30. Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov said that “fundamental decisions for Ukraine” would be made at the meeting of the Security Council.
