Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile unit brings down Russian Kh-59 missile in Kherson Oblast

On the evening of Thursday, 1 September, an anti-aircraft missile unit of the Ukrainian Air Force shot down a Russian air-to-ground guided missile launched from a Russian fighter jet in Kherson Oblast.

Details: Ihnat added that Ukrainian aircraft (fighters, bombers and ground attack jets) keep inflicting substantial losses on Russian ground targets, especially on the southern front.
