A Russian state-owned news agency has posted a video of an alleged explosion at a road bridge at the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP).

Details: The propagandists claim that the video shows an explosion of a road bridge at the Kakhovka HPP located in Kherson Oblast, and they received the video on 12 November.

The footage shows a flash followed by a powerful explosion.
