A man was detained in Tbilisi, who used obscene language about Georgia and its inhabitants.

According to the Primetime building, the man is a Russian citizen.

“One person was detained by the police under Art. 166 and 17 3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, having violated public order, and, despite repeated calls from police officers to stop the specified action, did not obey the lawful actions of the police, ”the Ministry of Internal Affairs said in a statement.

Last night, a recording made on Agmashenebeli Avenue in the center of Tbilisi was circulated on the Internet. In the video, a man in Russian swears at Georgia and its citizens.
