“We have a rule: we do not comment on deliveries until the supplying country does so itself, or we agree that we can talk about it. There is a lot in the work, starting from air defense systems. There are already agreements reached both by the president and at the government level with some countries,” Kuleba said.
According to him, there are also things that are being worked out for the future.
“When they are implemented, you will know. This will happen before the end of the year. Well, at least we are doing everything to make it happen before the end of the year, and there are agreements on this,” the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said.
