Ban on selling vodka to Russian soldiers introduced in Kherson region

Restrictions on selling alcohol to Russian soldiers have been introduced in the occupied part of Kherson Oblast.

Source: Russian Kremlin-aligned media RBK with reference to the “order” of the occupation administration of the city of Nova Kakhovka, Kherson Oblast 

Details: The “order” states that from 2 November, “the selling of alcoholic beverages to the soldiers in the territory of the Nova Kakhovka district of Kherson Oblast is prohibited.”

In addition, cafes, bars, shops and food stalls were banned from working after 19:00.



RBK reported that a similar ban was previously introduced in the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
