I sincerely congratulate our Jewish brothers in Georgia and those who returned to their historical homeland – Israel, the Jewish people of the whole world on the New Year – Rosh Hashanah, Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili wrote on his Facebook page.
As the head of government notes, the centuries-old friendship between Georgians and Jews is a unique historical event that both peoples are proud of.
