As Saakashvili notes, Putin practically admitted that he was losing the war and uses the last argument – nuclear weapons.

Before the end of the year, Putin will no longer be in power, and Russia will be in complete chaos. Putin has again led himself into a trap from which there is no good way out. No one will forgive the use of nuclear weapons to such a weakened Putin, if only not to give China a free hand in relation to Taiwan,” Saakashvili wrote.
