According to Teya Tsulukiani, there are two state halls that are open to everyone.
“From the point of view of the state, I can only say what is in my area of competence – we have state halls, whether it be a concert hall known as the Philharmonic in Tbilisi, as well as the Black Sea Arena, created as a result of an unprecedented investment that a philanthropist Bidzina Ivanishvili and his family were handed over to the state. The Philharmonic can seat more than two thousand spectators, the Black Sea Arena more than 6000 if I remember correctly, and any interested artist, if he is looking for a public space, can use either one space or the other; They, as usual, will pay the rent and hold a concert. Therefore, what is happening in the private sector, we cannot explain what is happening and cannot give an answer. We are a state, and within the framework of the state we have these two state halls, which are open to everyone,” Teya Tsulukiani said.
