Russian rockets hit Kharkiv centre, destroying an administrative building

Russian forces carried out two rocket strikes on central districts of the city of Kharkiv on the evening of Sunday, 28 August.

Quote: “Two rockets struck central Kharkiv, [hitting the] areas that have already been hit several times.



An administrative building has been destroyed.” 

Details: Mayor Terekhov added that no information on casualties has been available yet.

Later, Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, reported that a three-storey building was partially destroyed in the Kyivskyi neighbourhood of Kharkiv.
