Seven civilians were killed and another 13 sustained injuries following Russian attacks on Donetsk Oblast on 19 August.

Quote from Kyrylenko: “Russia continues to kill civilians! On 19 August, the Russians killed 7 civilian residents of Donetsk Oblast: 4 in Bakhmut, 1 in Druzhba, 1 in Kostiantynivka and 1 in Pivnichne. Another 13 people sustained injuries.”



Details: At least 751 civilians have been killed and 1,941 injured in Donetsk Oblast since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion in Ukraine.

Kyrylenko reiterated that it remains impossible to determine the exact numbers of casualties and fatalities in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
